I was born in Plainwell, MI, and graduated from Coloma High School. When it comes to my free time, I enjoy training and caring for my three Cane Corsos named Rogue, Grimm, and Gavrilo. Video gaming is a favorite pastime, and I love a story-rich RPG. Before joining the auto industry, I worked in the healthcare field. In 2011, I became a registered medical assistant, and in 2012, I earned my medical scribe specialist certification. I joined the automotive world in 2018 and have met some fantastic people. I Chose# 1 because from day one two and three I didn’t hear from Alexis,when I did call Alexis, about my car she informed me that she left me a voicemail, but my car has been sitting there for three days with me, wondering if it was received because you guys pick my car up from my house so I didn’t know if it was received safely on arrival or what and your response was I left you a voicemail. ( Guess that was my folk for not checking my email,Then when I asked question about repairs, Alexis was a little short temper about answering questions. It was as if you thought I wanted to speak with my previous sales person.Alexis seemed annoyed with my questions about my car. I was asked if I had one of there vehicles because of how long my car had been in service and no repaired had been done after a week of being there because it needed to be returned.I remained her that they had dropped off my G-wagon and took my CLS 550 so no I didn’t have there vehicle to return.I did asks to speak with a supervisor that took 3 more days and still I was redirected to Alexis I thought I was clear when I said I was not trusting her ability to help me with my vehicle,I know other people who bring there car there and I was told “get someone else don’t allow her to help” the price I was quoted and at the end I was changed more.So no sorry I not recommending Alexis. Not saying she’s not good for anyone else but just wasn’t good for me. My experience was not good at all I pray if I ever call or decide to use this company again I am not assigned to Alexis McCaffrey. Thank You.
