Welcome to Serra Auto Campus! I’m Alexis McCaffrey, a Service Advisor ready to exceed your expectations and earn a lifetime customer! I was born in Plainwell, MI, and graduated from Coloma High School. When it comes to my free time, I enjoy training and caring for my three Cane Corsos named Rogue, Grimm, and Gavrilo. Video gaming is a favorite pastime, and I love a story-rich RPG. Before joining the auto industry, I worked in the healthcare field. In 2011, I became a registered medical assistant, and in 2012, I earned my medical scribe specialist certification. I joined the automotive world in 2018 and have met some fantastic people. When it comes to customers, I’m very passionate about honesty and providing kind service. I aim to see you leave the dealership completely satisfied with your guest experience!

Overall the experience was good. However, the service advisor tried to sell me about $4,000 in unnecessary repairs and services. At one point I was told that a service was required to maintain my warranty only to have her back track when I questioned it further. Everyone was friendly and the atmosphere was nice. My car was clean when it was returned. Had I been an uninformed consumer I would have spent a ton of money to repair or replace things that did not need repairing or replacing. Let the buyer beware.
