Hi, my name is Carter D'Arcy and I'm a BMW Service Advisor at Serra Auto Campus! I began my journey in the auto industry in August 2019 and have been constantly learning about cars ever since. I grew up in Livonia, MI, graduated from Stevenson High School, and am a big Detroit Red Wings fan (go Datsyuk!). I've traveled to Canada and 14 states, with Florida and Texas being my favorites. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, as well as playing hockey, basketball, and video games. I also do some pretty good impersonations and speak a little French! I'm very passionate about connecting with people—both my colleagues and our customers!—and I'm always looking to build strong relationships.

Carter was great but , BMW warranty was terrible. My lawyer has sent out letters to serra auto and Bmw warranty department in NJ. If they do not warranty this we will have to go to litigation. I have bought cars for nearly 30 yrs not anymore . Dr.Rolle'
