Hi, my name is Carter D'Arcy and I'm a BMW Service Advisor at Serra Auto Campus! I began my journey in the auto industry in August 2019 and have been constantly learning about cars ever since. I grew up in Livonia, MI, graduated from Stevenson High School, and am a big Detroit Red Wings fan (go Datsyuk!). I've traveled to Canada and 14 states, with Florida and Texas being my favorites. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, as well as playing hockey, basketball, and video games. I also do some pretty good impersonations and speak a little French! I'm very passionate about connecting with people—both my colleagues and our customers!—and I'm always looking to build strong relationships.

I was not impressed Last year technician said my brakes would need work this year but this tech said they were fine And my tires only had less than 25000 miles 70000 mile tires mind you And you guys pushed to replace And I told this to the young man and he ignored it So I could have gone lower on your rating Tighten up I’m not some sap
