Jeff is an outstanding service advisor who is always pleasant to work with. I left my vehicle in the dealership parking lot without a scheduled service appointment after the battery had to be jumped for the third time in less than a year, and with just 14,000 miles on it. Jeff called me the next day informing me that Lexus had checked my car out and replaced my sick battery. After replacing the battery, Jeff explained to me how the many advanced features in my vehicle tax the battery, and gave me multiple tips on how to protect and extend the life of my new battery, including using a battery tender when my vehicle will be sitting in my garage for long periods. I appreciated Jeff’s quick response to my problem battery, as well as his tips to help care for my battery and prevent future issues. I can now say that I feel comfortable enough to take AAA off of speed dial. Thank you to Jeff and to Lexus of Lansing for their outstanding service.
