About Jennifer
Hi, I'm a Business Development Center Agent at Serra Auto Campus in Lansing, MI. I've been here for two and a half years, and I'm known for going the extra mile for my customers – many ask for me by name. I'm a friendly, down-to-earth person who's passionate about providing excellent service. I have four daughters (three grown with families of their own, giving me six wonderful grandkids, plus my youngest whom I've adopted!), and we're a close-knit bunch. We love spending time at our cabin. When I'm not working or with my family, you can find me hunting for Petoskey stones. I've also been lucky enough to travel extensively, including two trips to Hawaii and most of the other states. I've received an Above and Beyond certificate for my customer service, and I believe in making sure every customer gets exactly what they need. I'm pretty easygoing – no drama, just good service with a sunny attitude.
