About Jonah
Hello! Jonah Ratu here, and I'd like to welcome you to Serra Auto Campus! I joined the team in May 2022. However, my service advisor career began in 2014 when I moved to south Florida to work at Mercedes Benz of Delray Beach. Throughout my time as an advisor, I've prided myself on taking care of people. I try to treat all clients as if they were my own parent, grandparent, or sibling, which helps establish long-term relationships for your ongoing vehicle needs. Outside work, I enjoy playing video games, ice hockey, snowboarding, and golfing. My favorite teams include the Detroit Red Wings, Tigers, and Lions. I look forward to working with you soon!
