In addition to being a good listener and problem-solver, I'm a college graduate, earning my bachelor's degree at the U of M and my Juris Doctorate from MSU. In my free time, my interests are playing euchre with friends and fishing when the weather isn't too bad - steelhead and walleye are my favorites. Spending time with my amazing wife and incredible daughters always comes first. Every other Sunday, my wife and I help our friends from the Marine Corps League with their breakfast at the VFW because I like to cook and am pretty decent at meal prep.

I left my vehicle in the dealership parking lot without a scheduled service appointment after the battery had to be jumped for the third time in less than a year, and with just 14,000 miles on it.  

Jeff called me the next day informing me that Lexus had checked my car out and replaced my sick battery.

After replacing the battery, Jeff explained to me how the many advanced features in my vehicle tax the battery, and gave me multiple tips on how to protect and extend the life of my new battery, including using a battery tender when my vehicle will be sitting in my garage for long periods.

I appreciated Jeff’s quick response to my problem battery, as well as his tips to help care for my battery and prevent future issues.

 I can now say that I feel comfortable enough to take AAA off of speed dial.
