About Matt
Matt Stephens here, and I joined the auto industry in 2016, but new to the Serra Auto Campus team (March 2023). I look forward to establishing excellent working relationships with my team and customers, using my knowledge, experience, and down-to-earth personality. Guests love that I am easy to talk to, listen attentively, respect their time, and am 100% transparent regarding their auto needs. I love when someone finishes the buying process and says, "You know what - that was the best experience I've ever had buying a car." In addition to being a good listener and problem-solver, I'm a college graduate, earning my bachelor's degree at the U of M and my Juris Doctorate from MSU. In my free time, my interests are playing euchre with friends and fishing when the weather isn't too bad - steelhead and walleye are my favorites. Spending time with my amazing wife and incredible daughters always comes first. Every other Sunday, my wife and I help our friends from the Marine Corps League with their breakfast at the VFW because I like to cook and am pretty decent at meal prep. Overall, I'm easygoing and thrive on providing the best customer experience!

My experience with Watt was amazing; which I why I’m a returning customer of his. From the moment of interest Matt’s presence makes purchasing a car much easier. 1: once he learns what you’re looking for he provide pictures and narrated videos. 2: Matt then connects the customer with the physical vehicle; so they can see it, touch it, and smell it. 3: he then supports the customer through the financing process if they need it. Overall Matt is a hands on type salesman; which is why I will always recommend and return to him.
