About Matt
Prior to joining the Serra Auto Campus as a Client Advisor, I spent over 15 years in Sales with Automotive Suppliers. Additionally I have been privileged to positively impact people's lives as a Licensed Realtor. I find true fulfillment in exceeding expectations and bring a strong work ethic to every interaction, always focusing on customer satisfaction. I'm a good listener, very personable, and pride myself on reliable and thorough communication. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family. My wife is a Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon and a proud Michigan State University graduate and we have 2 children. Our daughter graduated from Georgetown University where she was on the rowing team all 4 years and will be heading to Law School. Our son will soon graduate from Michigan State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Physics with his sights on the Aerospace Industry. We love to travel and have had truly memorable experiences in the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, and Mexico. My passions also include sports - I'm a University of Louisville alum and a fan of Detroit sports teams, especially the Lions. When time permits, I love to hit the golf course especially now that my son has been bitten by the golf bug. I've also held both a Michigan Builders License and a Real Estate License, and have been fortunate to be recognized for various accomplishments in my career like Salesman of the Year and ranking in the National Top 20%. The thing that truly drives me however is the Customer Experience. I find joy in helping people achieve their goals, whether it’s finding the right vehicle or helping someone realize their homeownership dreams. Great, he tried to do all that he could to help me. Even before and after the purchase. He even did a few extra things to get the vehicle prepared and is going the extra mile for an issue that popped up. If I happen to live long enough I will return in the future.
