My hobbies include hunting and fishing. I love to spend all my free time with my children. Michael is always helpful. Over the phone, he walked me through how to jumpstart a completely dead battery (couldn't even open the hood to get to the battery). When I brought it in to get the battery checked out and clear the service codes, he was able to accommodate my same day request, checked everything over and I was in and out in less than an hour.
