My name is Mike Bedard, and I am the parts manager here at the dealership. I have been at Serra Auto Campus since 2007, and I am certified in all three brands. I graduated from Universal Technical Institute for Automotive Technology, where I had extensive training. Some of my skills include my ability to tear down, repair, and diagnose mechanical engines.
