Hi, I'm a Parts Advisor at Serra Auto Campus. I've been in the automotive industry for three years, starting in the aftermarket for two years before transitioning to this role. My background has given me a strong understanding of customer needs and how to build positive relationships. I'm a quick learner, focused on teamwork and providing excellent customer service to drive sales and satisfaction. I'm patient, a good listener, and I strive to maintain a positive attitude even under pressure. I'm excited to be part of a professional organization and eager to further develop my skills at Serra. Outside of work, I enjoy cars (building and collecting), sports, movies, and discussing current events.
