Nick Parks here, a Client Advisor with the Serra Auto Campus team. I grew up in Nashville, Michigan, and studied at Maple Valley High School and Michigan State University. My favorite pastime activities are golfing, watch collecting, stock trading, traveling, and spending time with my dog, Zora. Some of my skills include positive energy, excellent communication, and transparency. I’m Lexus certified and bring four years of automotive experience to the dealership, having joined the team in May 2018. Putting clients in the car of their dreams is my top priority, and it’s what I’m known for amongst colleagues and customers. The entire process of buying a CPO BMW 3 series was completed very smoothly, thanks to Nick Parks! He was very responsive and professional. All the communication was done mostly via texts. I lived hour and a half from the dealership. When I arrived car, was ready with a bow on top for my daughter. Signing the documents and payment was a breeze. Very happy with my first car buying experience from Serra Auto.
