Great experience at Serra Lexus! Noel was our client advisor, who was amazing right from the beginning. Noel was easy to talk from the initial phone call, and Noel made sure that the car I wanted would not get taken even when I wasn’t able to come until few days after our phone call! At the dealership, Noel was very kind and made sure we were attended to right from the beginning. Noel had the car ready right up front to test drive, and answered all our questions wonderfully. Highly recommend!

Both Noel, who was very knowledgeable, professional, and patient, and the low pressure sales reputation of the Lexus brand in general, made my time spent with Noel and her colleagues putting together the fine deal we concluded with not only painless, but actually a bit of an adventure! To be honest, if I wasn’t in the market for a Lexus, with their excellent dealer satisfaction reputation, I would have hired an outside buyer to slog through the details instead of driving an hour and a half to engage in my own negotiations. Instead, I got to have some fun (yes, I said fun), participating in what is likely my last big car deal. Thanks to Noel and the Serra staff!
