Ron was great to work with. Low pressure and really knows the cars and the various trims. Ron was also exceptional at explaining the technology, he knew exactly how to work the screen, never had to back up, never a wrong button choice. I would happily work with Ron again.

Overall very solid. There was a small moment of confusion when I initially put a deposit down with Justin from finance to ensure I could hold the car while we worked on the financing. I was intially informed that the deposit was refundable by Justin if the financing didin't work out but after he left the room and Ron came back he told me that the deposit locked me into the car. He walked it back after explaining what Justin told me but it was still a little frustrating. Additionally, this isn't specific to anyone, but the finance manager agreed to have replacement wheel covers ordered (written in the 'we owe' as well) but I haven't had an update to those in two weeks which has been frustrating. Overall, a better experience than I've had with other dealerships in the past and would not mind going back in the future.

We had a wonderful experience with Ron! He is a very knowledgable individual in his profession. He is a very personable, kind sales person. He genuinely cares about his customers and establishes a nice repore with them. What I loved about him is that he was not pushy trying to make a sale. He took his time with us even though he was juggling several customers. Would I recommend him to a friend or family member, YOU BET I WOULD! It was a pleasure working with him.
