I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Biology and Psychology, a background that informs my approach to customer service. I prioritize transparency and objectivity, working to leave personal bias out of every conversation to ensure I am providing the best solution for each unique guest. I find it deeply rewarding to demystify the repair process for those who want to take care of their vehicles but aren't sure where to start. I am fluent in Arabic and bring an adaptable, problem-solving mindset to everything I do. Outside of the shop, I am an avid outdoorsman who enjoys camping and exploring nature. Most of my free time is spent on adventures with my two dogs, Echo and Blue, or tending to my chickens. Whether I am at work or out in the field, I value being reliable and helpful to anyone in need.
