Wade thoroughly lack communication not so much up to the cellular vehicle, but definitely after. I understand he was newer in his position, but when you’re dealing with With, I guess a luxury brand I think that maybe training or something could be a little better to help him at his job to make the guest experience a lot better, especially a first time guest
